Subtiele Crozes Hermitage met een intense robijnrode kleur en wat paarse tinten. Met aroma’s van zowel rood (frambozen, pruimen) als zwart (bramen) fruit, iets peper, balsamico-azijn en soepel leer. Mooi in balans met de fraaie zuren. Een zeer doordrinkbare wijn met zachte tannines.

Deze wijn wordt geproduceerd door de ‘cave coopérative’ Cave de Tain. Cave de Tain wordt internationaal geroemd als Europa’s als Syrah specialist en beste coöperatie door o.a. Decanter en Wine Advocate. Eveneens zijn ze in 2015 uitgeroepen tot ‘cave coopérative van het jaar’ door La Revue du Vin de France.

Smoky and focused on the palate, offering energetic bitter cherry and cassis flavors that unfurl slowly as the wine opens up.
